Private Yoga & Pilates
Book a private yoga or pilates session with one of our experienced Zen House teachers and take your practice to the next level. Whether you're a beginner looking to gain more confidence, you want to learn modifications that are right for your body or work on particular movements or inversions, a private yoga or pilates session is invaluable tuition.
We also cater for pre and post natal women and offer small group training for up to 4 people.
