Full Moon Workshop

Friday 18th March 6 - 8Pm

 

Join us for this powerful Full Moon Workshop where we'll guide you through a fully supported yin yoga class to restore, followed by a guided meditation lead by James to delve deeper into your true self. We'll finish off the ceremony by practicing a simple journalling practice to help process your thoughts and feelings that have come up and shed light on anything that may currently be holding you back,

 

There will be time after the ceremony closes for tea, cake and friendship for those who wish to stay. We're looking forward to welcoming you.

Hormone Health Workshop

Sunday 23rd April 3-5 pm

Enjoy a 40 minute soft yoga flow focused on nourishing our endocrine/ hormone systems.

 

Followed by a talk and question answer session where you'll learn how to tune in with your cycle, to support the different phases through yoga, nutrition and self care. The more we understand the subtle shifts in hormones throughout the month, the more we can play to our strengths and feel empowered in our feminine energy.

Raising money for Mind

At Zen House we believe in taking time out for you, to improve your wellbeing and the mental benefits this brings.
